The Toronto Raptors have delivered their first playoff sweep in franchise history. On Sunday, the Raptors defeated the Brooklyn Nets 150-122 to win the series four games to none. In the win, the Raptors set a franchise record for most points in a playoff win. Their previous high was 134 points, which they scored in the first game against the Nets this past Monday.

The Raptors were led in scoring by Norman Powell, who had 29 points. Five other Raptors reached double digits in scoring as Serge Ibaka had 27 points, Pascal Siakam had 20 points, Terence Davis had 14 points, Matt Thomas had 12 points, and OG Anunoby had 10 points. Two Raptors also had double doubles, as Ibaka had 15 rebounds, and Siakam had 10 assists.

Siakam took more of a dishing-out role when point guard Kyle Lowry went down in the first half with an ankle injury. Lowry stepped on the foot of Nets guard Chris Chiozza. The few days of rest before round two should benefit Lowry.

There is a possibility that the second round for the Raptors could happen sooner rather than later. That is because the Raptors already know their second round opponent. It will be the Boston Celtics. The Celtics swept the Philadelphia 76ers in four games. Boston won three of four games versus Toronto in the regular season.
