Chase Brown of London, Ontario recorded his second multi-touchdown game of his National Football League career on Sunday. He accomplished the feat in a 37-27 Cincinnati Bengals win over the Tennessee Titans at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
Brown caught a six-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Joe Burrow to tie the game at seven with six minutes and 36 seconds left in the first quarter. Brown then had a five yard touchdown run with one minute and nine seconds left in the fourth quarter to put the Bengals up 37-21. Brown finished the game with 25 rushes for 97 rushing yards and three catches for 16 receiving yards.
In 2024, Brown has 191 rushes for 832 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns, and 47 catches for 318 receiving yards and four touchdown catches. The other time in Brown’s career he has had two touchdowns in a career came on September 29. Brown had touchdown rushes for three yards and one yard in a 34-24 Bengals win over the Carolina Panthers.
With the win, the Bengals improve to a record of six wins and eight losses. A major reason why the Bengals are two games below .500 is not because of their high prolific offense. It is because they have given up 387 points, the second most number of points in the NFL. Only the Carolina Panthers at 418 points allowed, have given up more.
