
The Kitchener Rangers have won the 2026 Memorial Cup. The trophy is presented on an annual basis to the champions of the Canadian Hockey League. The Rangers won the annual tournament featuring the champions of the Ontario Hockey League, Western Hockey League and Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League, as well as the host team.
This was the third Memorial Cup title for Kitchener. They previously won in 1982 in Hull, Quebec (now Gatineau), and in 2003 in Quebec City, Quebec.
In the 2026 Memorial Cup championship game, the Rangers defeated the Everett Silvertips 6-2. Centre Sam O’Reilly of Toronto, Ontario led the Rangers in scoring with one goal and three assists for four points. O’Reilly was the tournament’s most valuable player.
Two other Canadians on the Rangers had a multi-point game in the final. They were Jack Pridham of Stouffville, Ontario (one goal and two assists for three points), and captain Cameron Reid of Aylmer, Ontario (two assists). Three more Canadians scored for the Rangers in the Memorial Cup Final. They were defenseman Jared Woolley of Oshawa, Ontario, Luke Ellinas of Etobicoke, Ontario, and Dylan Edwards of Toronto, Ontario.
There were nine more Canadians on the Rangers who played in the Memorial Cup final. They were defenseman Matthew Andonovski of Markham, Ontario, centre Cameron Arquette of Wheatley, Ontario, defenseman Alexander Bilecki of Mississauga, Ontario, defenseman Carson Campbell of Campbellford, Ontario, right winger Gabriel Chiarot of Hamilton, Ontario, right winger Tanner Lam of Brampton, Ontario, defenseman Andrew MacNeil of Cobourg, Ontario, centre Luca Romano of Toronto, and centre Andrew Vermeulen of Selkirk, Ontario.
