This was David’s third career hat trick for Team Canada. He previously scored thrice in a 7-0 Canada win over Cuba at the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup in Charlotte and in a 4-0 Canada win over Suriname in 2022 World Cup qualification in Chicago.
