Raygan Kirk of Ste. Anne, Manitoba recorded her third career Professional Women’s Hockey League shutout on Sunday. She accomplished the feat in a 2-0 Toronto Sceptres win over the Minnesota Frost at Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Kirk made 24 saves for the shutout. She had 11 saves in the first period, nine saves in the second period and four saves in the third period.

One Canadian scored for the Sceptres. Daryl Watts of Toronto, Ontario scored an insurance goal to close out the scoring with one minute and 58 seconds left in the third period.

All three of Kirk’s PWHL shutouts have come this season. The first came on March 15 in a 2-0 Sceptres win over the Seattle Torrent and the second came on March 17 in a 2-0 Toronto win over the Boston Fleet. It is interesting that all three of Kirk’s shutouts have come in 2-0 Toronto wins.

In 2025-26, Kirk has a record of eight wins, seven regulation losses, and five losses in extra time. She has three shutouts, a goals against average of 1.90 and a save percentage of .933.

With the win, the Sceptres are two points back of the Ottawa Charge for a playoff spot. With two games remaining on the PWHL schedule, the Sceptres have 37 points and the Charge have 39 points.
