
Andrew Wiggins of Toronto, Ontario will be playing in his very first NBA Finals. On Thursday, Wiggins had a double double (18 points and 10 rebounds) as the Golden State Warriors beat the Dallas Mavericks 120-110. With the win in game five in San Francisco, the Warriors won the best out of seven Western Conference Final four games to one.
Wiggins is having a very productive postseason for the Warriors. In his second NBA postseason of his career, he is averaging 15.8 points per game, seven rebounds per game, 1.7 assists per game, with a field goal percentage of .480, a three-point percentage of .353, and a free throw percentage of .635.
The small forward will either play the Boston Celtics or Miami Heat in the NBA Finals which start on Thursday. The Celtics and Heat are going to a seventh and deciding game in the Eastern Conference Final. On Friday, Jimmy Butler scored 47 points as the Heat beat the Celtics 111-103.
