According to Kamloops This Week, Kamloops, British Columbia is hosting the 2023 Memorial Cup. This will be the second time that Kamloops will have hosted the Memorial Cup. They were previously the host when they won the tournament in 1995, when they defeated the Detroit Junior Red Wings 8-2 in the final.

In the Eastern Conference, the Charlottetown Islanders and Sherbrooke Phoenix are deadlocked at one game apiece.
