Who the Islanders play in the second round of the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs is still to be determined. It will either be the Boston Bruins or the Philadelphia Flyers. The Flyers will be the Islanders opponent if they beat the Montreal Canadiens in the first round. Philadelphia is currently leading Montreal three games to two. If the Canadiens happen to win the series, the Islanders will next play the Bruins.
