Four Canadians contributed to touchdowns for winning teams in week 10 of the 2026 Canadian Football League regular season. They were Saskatchewan Roughriders wide receiver Dylan Djete of Levis, Quebec, Montreal Alouettes wide receiver Tyson Philpot of Delta, British Columbia, British Columbia Lions quarterback Nathan Rourke of Victoria, British Columbia, and Lions wide receiver Justin McInnis of Montreal, Quebec.
Djete caught an 18 yard touchdown pass from Trevor Harris on Friday in a 42-20 Saskatchewan Roughriders win over the Ottawa Redblacks. At the time, the Roughriders went up 21-14 with six minutes and 10 seconds left in the third quarter. In the game and the season, Djete had four catches for 53 yards. With the win, the Roughriders moved into first place in the West Division with a record of six wins and two losses.
Philpot had a masterful game for the Alouettes. On Saturday in a 48-30 Alouettes win over the Edmonton Elks, he had 10 catches for 131 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Philpot caught a six yard touchdown pass from Davis Alexander at 7:40 of the second quarter (put Montreal up 14-7 at the time), a nine-yard touchdown pass from Alexander with one minute and 51 seconds left in the first half (put Montreal up 21-14 at the time), and a 56 yard touchdown pass from Alexander at 9:05 of the fourth quarter (put Montreal up 41-18). For the season, Philpot has 74 catches for 1154 receiving yards and seven touchdown catches. He leads the CFL in all three receiving statistical categories. With the win, the Alouettes have the best record in the CFL at eight wins and one loss.
Rourke completed 22 of 39 passes for 370 passing yards in a 27-24 Lions win over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday. He threw a seven yard touchdown pass to Alexander Horvath at 6:10 of the first quarter to open the scoring, and then an 82 yard pass to McInnis to tie the game at 14 with two minutes and 16 seconds left in the first half. Rourke completed 22 of 39 passes for 370 passing yards. McInnis had five catches for 159 receiving yards. For the season, Rourke has completed 129 passes in 189 attempts for 1773 passing yards, with seven passing touchdowns and five interceptions. He has seven rushes for 71 rushing yards and one touchdown run. McInnis has 33 catches for 552 receiving yards and one touchdown during the 2026 CFL season.
