It was a fantastics start to the tournament for Taylor as he let his competitors back in after an ordinary second round. However, Taylor came up clutch with key shots on Sunday, and definitely had the momentum heading into the playoff.

This is the fourth PGA Title for Taylor. He won the 2014 Sanderson Farms Championship in Jackson, Mississippi, the 2020 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and the 2023 Royal Bank of Canada Canadian Open.
