Will Zalatoris is alone in seventh place at -6. Germany’s Stephan Jaeger and Argentina’s Emiliano Grillo are tied for eighth at -5. Meanwhile six other golfers are tied for 10th with Taylor. They are two-time major champion Justin Thomas of the United States (2017 and 2022 PGA Championship), Americas Sam Burns, Sahith Theegala and Max Homa, South Korea’s Byeong Hun An and Norway’s Viktor Hovland.
