The city of Regina, Saskatchewan is set to host the 2027 Grey Cup. This will be the 114th Grey Cup of all-time, and the fifth time that Regina will be the host city. The Saskatchewan Roughriders previously hosted the Grey Cup in 1995, 2003, 2013, and 2022.

In 2013, the city of Regina went into a frenzy as the Roughriders won the Grey Cup at home. The Roughriders defeated the Hamilton Tiger-Cats 45-23 thanks to a spectacular performance by Roughriders running back Korey Sheets, who set a Grey Cup record for most rushing yards in a game with 197. The first three Grey Cups took place at Taylor Field and the last two Grey Cups were at Mosaic Stadium.

The Roughriders were the best team in the Canadian Football League during the 2025 regular season. They won the West Division with a record of 12 wins and six losses. As a result, Saskatchewan goes directly to the West Final and will play the winner of the British Columbia Lions and Calgary Stampeders.

The 2025 Grey Cup will be in Winnipeg, and the 2026 Grey Cup will be in Calgary. The selection of Calgary as the 2026 host is a surprise because McMahon Stadium is the oldest stadium in the league, as it was built in 1960.
