Strate’s first World Cup medal was a bronze medal in Hinterzarten, Germany on January 28, 2023. That was followed by a bronze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany on December 30, 2023, a silver in Oberstdorf, Germany on January 1, 2024, a silver in the super team on January 20, 2024, and a bronze medal in Hinzenbach, Austria on February 23, 2025.

Strate’s Olympic medal came in the mixed team event at the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing. She won a medal alongside Alexandra Loutitt of Calgary, Matthew Soukup of Calgary, and Mackenzie Boyd-Clowes of Toronto, Ontario. It should be noted Loutitt is out for the season with a knee injury. The silver medal for Strate in Norway will give her confidence as she prepares for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Milan/Cortina d’Ampezzo.
